I am just a girl with a dog who loves baking bread. I've played with recipes, had many flops and throw-aways, but I have also worked diligently to create wonderful tasting sourdough and sandwich breads. I am La Maison (The House) Baker. I work in my own kitchen, creating. I loved to be challenged with my breads and also make everything, whenever possible, with organic, sprounted, grass fed, chemical/additive free ingredients. I am a whole food girl who reads every ingredient label out there. I am non gmo, non additive, non artificial & non glyphosate everything.
